After a decade of hunting down bargains for the Buyer clients that depend on me I have earned a reputation as the house whisperer. The fact is some homes are simply overlooked from time to time, could be a political scandal taking place, or a weather emergency, maybe a blip in mortgage rates or a holiday that occurred when the house hit the market.
As inventory rises and shrinks homes become more attractive, less attractive, better bargains or even over priced. Recognizing which homes to watch and when to act is no easy feat but I’m told I have perfected it.

It’s a Boston commuters dream spot close to the highway, the train and the bus to the city. But dont’ you know of anything in the French Farm neighborhood…North Andover has just been hit hard by a disaster, this house in my opinion would have sold speed of light had the town not caught fire, literally. This one is special and well worth a showing. See all the details here.
The biggest competitor to the French Farm house in my opinion…The other spot everyone loves… Phillips Common. Last year my partner listed and sold an off market home in the neighborhood speed of light without any hiccups. The buyers knew it was a gem they couldn’t pass on as if anymore people found out about it they would struggle to get the chance to buy it. This house just hit the market and it made me wonder if my family should go. P.S we dont need or want a new house - that’s how sought after this spot it. See all the details here

The pool, the great room, the kitchen…SWOON….This north shore neighborhood is a house hunter’s dream if you want instant friends. The kitchen is gorgeous. The decor is modern and this refreshed 1996 Colonial is one to watch for sure.

This Pleasant Valley neighborhood is the hot spot for first time buyers and move up out of condos into single family house hunters. It’s super convenient to everything and the prices are actually affordable. This one is adorable.
